Meet Brazil Red Catuai coffee from Mantissa estate. Grown in the Sul de Minas region at elevations between 1,215 and 1280 masl, this coffee benefits from the shade of native trees and ideal growing conditions.

This naturally processed Red Catuai offers a juicy, fruit-forward profile with subtle chocolatey notes, honey-like sweetness, and almond nuttiness. Its medium body and bright, citrusy acidity create a balanced, smooth cup, while subtle spice notes add depth. The clean, fruity finish makes it a great choice for a variety of brewing methods.
