Shipping and Returns

Stock and Crown offers free shipping on orders over $55 across Canada!

Please choose carefully, we do not accept returns of coffee beans/grounds as this is a fresh product and we pack fresh to order. If it's an error on our part, we’ll replace it for the correct order.

We accept returns of products/merchandise purchased from the Stock and Crown website if you change your mind. If the item is in new/unused condition you may send it back for a refund. Returns must be sent back with tracking within 21 days of delivery. Return shipping costs and tracking of the item are the responsibility of the customer until it arrives with us.

If you would like to return an order, please email hello@stockandcrown.com with your order details.

We’ll process the refund for the item/s when it has been delivered to Stock and Crown Coffee. We’ll send a confirmation email once we’ve processed the refund.

Returns are the customers responsibility until received by Stock and Crown Inc. Returns are not applicable for sale items.
